A: Hello, how can I help (you) today?
B: Hello, do you have/I’m looking for a green sparkling skirt, suitable for the Christmas celebration party?
A: Yes, I can show you what we have available. Which size do you need?
B: I’m (size) 10.
A: This is all we have available at the moment, but unfortunately size 10 is out of stock. Do you want to see this red skirt (over) here? It is similar to the green one, but just a little bit longer and we have it in 10.
B: Yes, it is lovely. Can I try it on?
A: Yes, our fitting room is at the end of this corridor, on the left.
B: Thank you.
B: I love the skirt and I would like to buy it/I’ll take it. Can you tell me how much it is?
A: The price is £60, but today we have a 10% discount for some items, this skirt as well/including. So the price will be £54.
B: This sounds great, can I pay by card?
A: Yes, of course. Do you need a bag?
B: Yes, please.
A: Thank you for your shopping today. Keep the receipt if/in case you change your mind and decide to return this product.
B: Thank you for your help, have a good day.
A: Have a good day and a happy holiday.
A few weeks later:
A: Hi, how are you darling? How was the Christmas party? Did you wear the red skirt?
B: Hello, I am good, thank you. What about you?
A: How was the Christmas party?
B: It was lovely, I was in an amazing restaurant with all my colleagues.
A: Did you wear the red skirt you bought from our store?
B: Oh, yes. Everybody liked it so much. Some of my friends even asked me where they can get one too.
A: This is great, I am happy that I managed to help you. I hope I will see you around soon.
B: Sure/Yes, of course. I’ll come back soon. I am happy to see you too. Have a good day.
A: Have a good day. See you later.
Много интересен диалог. Не знаех, че двете се познават
